**Job Description:**

As a Facilities & Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing facility operations, managing maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide a safe, sustainable, and efficient workplace for all employees.

A  component of this role is collaborating with a third-party vendor responsible for safety and environmental compliance, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and company standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage a team of facilities and maintenance staff to ensure the facilities are in optimal condition.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce facility downtime.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for repairs and facility projects.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage facility budgets, including forecasting and monitoring expenses.
- Oversee space planning and allocation, ensuring efficient utilization of space and resources.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and safety protocols.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the facilities team and other departments.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in using facilities management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
